Welcome to the 2009 Living Ink Halloween Tattoo Expo. Vendors are a huge part every year to our show and this year is no exception. This years show will be again at the Beautiful Stockton Arena in Stockton, CA. Vendor reccongnition is a great importance to us and the Arena allows us to demonstrate that with this years set up mixing Vendors and Artists together for that perfect mix. This year will be a great opportunity for you as a vendor to display your products and allow visitors to see everything you offer that may normally not be aware of you. This type of opportunity does not come around often. Along with your registration, advertising will be given to you on our web site at no additonal cost. Our web site last year had over 20,000 visitors unique to our show and our participants. Don't miss this years expo. Come be a part of our show in 2009. To register read through some of the following rules and then use the forms below to register. Space will be Limited so first come first Serve.

Each booth for the Vendors will be 8 Feet by 10 Feet with kneel wall height dividers and booth partitions and back walls. Each booth will come equiped with 1 tables and 3 chairs. If ADDITIONAL chairs or tables are needed, YOU as the vendor will be responsible for supplying additional chairs and tables. Absoultely nothing maybe be affixed to the walls of the venue.

You as the vendor will be responsible for supplying any unique display cases, racks or walls. No additonal display will be provided by the show or the management of the venue.

All vendors will be resposible for security of their own booths and wares each night at closing. Management of the Expo will insure the security of the facility each night after closing, however will not be held liable for (or limited to) theft due to unsecure products.

Vendors are allowed to purchase addtional booths to double or triple the size of their display at which time additional chairs and additional tables as listed above will be supplied for each both rented.

EACH booth rented will be given THREE (3) Wristbands for vendors or family members. ONLY THREE bands will be issued with each booth rental. ADDITIONAL BANDS will NOT BE GIVEN to booths. Others visiting the booth will have to pay full price door admission to enter the show.

Booth rental will be $350.00 for the complete 3 days of the show. No discounts will be given for additional booths, the full rental value and price of the booth will be doubled or tripled to expand the display.

All vendors will be responsible for collecting and reporting any taxes necessary by the state of California.

Wrist bands given to the booth for use by their Vendors MUST be worn each and ever day of the show. If a band is lost or CUT, Re-admittance to the show will NOT Be given and Full PRICE admission will be requested.

Hours each day of the show will be from 10am until 9pm. No sales can or will be scheduled prior to the 10am opening and all sales MUST be completed along with CLEAN up completed by 9pm for exiting of the venue.

LAST call will be given one hour prior to closing for each night, at that time you are requested to complete any sales and clean up within that last hour. THERE will be NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL CLEAN UP must be complete within ONE HOUR of the Last Call.

TO REGISTER: Download and Print the forms below. NOTE: ALL FORMS must be COMPLETED and RECIEVED with payment before your booth rental will be confirmed. You are NOT REGISTERED until full payment is recieved. If all booths fill prior to your payment being received, you will NOT have a place at the show. Forms that are not Complete will be returned and payment NOT accepted until each completed form is recieved. ALL REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS MUST be recieved 1 week prior to the dates of the show!
